Seán Matthew Cusick

sùil — see clearly first, then find the way forward.

Scottish strategist and educator based in Warsaw. Nineteen years of cross-cultural leadership, analysis, and communication work across the UK, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, Poland, and Ukraine.

The Name

sùil — Scottish Gaelic for "eye" and "hope." Historically rooted in the idea of the sun as the eye of the sky. The practice: diagnose what's actually happening, then build the path forward.

Working Style

Cross-disciplinary by disposition. The career history reflects this: NGO leadership at 300-person scale, space industry business development, data analysis, language teaching, construction industry compliance. The breadth is the asset — organising everything under one identity, the sùil, provides two clear entry points: organisations and individuals.
